Our Story
Crafting Memories One Mount at a Time
Welcome to our site and thanks for reading our story. We are a small locally owned and operated taxidermy shop in southern Iowa. My name is Jamie Luckey and I have aspired to be a taxidermist for a few years now. Thanks to my husband Matthew I was able to achieve a dream.
Our family moved from SW Florida to Southern Iowa in the spring of 2024. It was another dream we were able to achieve and have not regretted the transition for one second. We are a hunting family. Bow hunting is our passion, but being in the outdoors at all is what we enjoy most. We love being able to preserve the memories of our hunts with a great deer mount. So once we moved to Iowa I went to taxidermy school. I enjoy the realistic art involved to bring a memory back to life. Preserving the passion behind the hunt.
